As we close out another outdoor season, we’d like to share the final playoff matchups for Divisions A, B, and C.

Division A

Due to integrity concerns involving the use of ineligible players, adjustments were made to ensure fair play, as the DASL does not stand for corruption to the spirit of the game. The playoff matchups have been updated accordingly.

Division A Championship Match Up:
1st (home) - QPR v 2nd (away) - Reds

3rd Place Game - Division A - Match Up:
3rd (home) - Durham Rhinos v 4th (away) Global FC

Division B

A rare three-way tie has been settled based on yellow card accumulation. This decision reflects our commitment to both competition and discipline within the league.

Division B Championship Match Up:
1st (home) - Chosen v 2nd (away) - Dynamo FC

3rd Place Game - Division B - Match Up:
3rd (home) - Eastside v 4th (away) Imperial FC

Division C

With more than half of the scheduled games ending in forfeits, the Board has placed Division C under review.

1st (home) - OLD FC v 2nd (away) - Relegation FC

3rd Place Game - Division C - Match Up:
3rd (home) - NDLT v 4th (away) Pamir

Playoff Review & Next Steps

This season also raised important feedback on officiating, and the playoff structure was adjusted accordingly. Regrettably, while full referee crews were assigned for playoff matches, the optics were impacted by the number of forfeits (over 33% of games) during the round-robin stage in September.

As a result, the topic will be revisited at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. A new playoff format will be considered that balances competitiveness with fairness, minimizing gamesmanship, and maintains the integrity, spirit and affordability of the DASL, in line with this season's objectives, considering the climate with Men's League in GTA/Durham Region.
